A 90 minute client-centered, trauma-informed visit including review of past medical history, health concerns,  PAP smear, breast examination

complete blood count, STI/STD screening, thyroid panel, urinalysis and/or culture &contraception counseling

Referral will be made to MD, FNP or CNM for services that are outside a licensed midwife’s scope of practice or  need collaboration.
