Registry Waiver

Labor with Love, Inc. (LWL) provides information and referrals to those seeking options for childbirth classes, breastfeeding and baby care classes, lactation services, monitrice, labor and postpartum doula services. We will assess your specific care needs, budget, geographical preferences, and other concerns and considerations, and provide you with a list of professionals which best meet your needs and desires.

LWL does not endorse, operate, or hold ownership in any facility and/or agency that we refer to clients and their families, other than LWL. We encourage you to conduct your own research and investigation of all referrals we send you. It is entirely the responsibility of the interested part to make decisions about which doula/educator/practitioner to select. We do not perform background checks on referred parties. LWL is not liable to actions and practices of the referred party. LWL is purely a referral system.

LWL is not a party to, nor do we prepare or negotiate any contract or agreement that is entered between a client and/or their family members/responsible parties. LWL receives a referral fee from the doula/educator/practitioner when a contract is entered into.

LWL does not solicit, receive or accept gifts of referral incentive from participating doulas/educators/practitioners.
